Time spent in nature can boost your physical and mental well-being, according to Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health's Heather Eliassen, a professor of nutrition and epidemiology. 

Cited as benefits included the link to exposure to green space and better sleep, lower blood pressure, and reduced risk of chronic disease. 🌳

Why Letting Employees Work From Home Could Lead to Revenue Growth

While it may seem the productivity question for in-office and remote team success continues to make headlines, a recent study showed data from public companies with flexible work arrangements outpaced their in-office counterparts.  

 

The recent study by Scoop Technologies and Boston Consulting Group examined over 500 public companies and found those with flexibility grew 4xs as quickly when compared to those with a more strict in-office policies. Additional benefits were also identified in this Inc. article.
