Celebrate! Holiday Favs Contest Official Rules

  • By entering a Favs response, you confirm you have read and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of these Official Rules for the Celebrate! Holiday Favs Contest.

  • One (1) winner will be randomly drawn on Monday, December 18,  2023 at 2:00 pm ET from all eligible Celebrate! Favs Contest responses received as of Sunday, December 17, 2023 by 11:59 pm PT.

  • The winner will be selected from all eligible Celebrate! Holiday Favs Contest entries received by the deadline, between the contest start date of Thursday, December 7 at 5 pm ET and ending on the Contest deadline of Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023 by 11:59 pm PT.

  • The selected winner will receive a $50 gift card of winner's choice from an online retailer (including the option of Amazon®.) Winner will confirm gift card choice and provide email address for delivery of e-gift card and agreement to accept prize.
  • The winner will be notified no later than 5 pm ET on Monday, December 18, 2023 using the email provided with the winner's Favs entry.
  • If the winner identified is unable to be contacted by Celebrate! Work from Home via email with a minimum of 3 attempts by Friday, Dec. 22, 2023  at 12 pm ET, or if the winner is contacted, but does not respond to confirm acceptance of the prize, or declines the prize, this original winner will forfeit the prize and another winner will be selected.
  • Previously eligible entries submitted by the deadline and included in the original drawing, will be entered in a follow-up random drawing to identify a new winner, by no later than  Friday, Dec. 22, 2023 by 2 pm ET.
  • The original winner will be exempt from winning this subsequent drawing.
  • Official Rules outlined in this document will apply for this follow-up random drawing to determine a new winner.
  • The prize will remain the same, as outlined above in these Official Rules for the Celebrate! Holiday Favs Contest.
  • Once acceptance of prize is confirmed by winner, the winner's first name will be posted on the Celebrate! Work from Home Facebook Page, LinkedIn Page and in the Celebrate! Work from Home Member Feed, no later than 5 pm ET, Friday, Dec. 29, 2022.

  • Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Celebrate! Holiday Favs Contest entries received by the deadline, Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023 by 11:59 pm PT.

  • To be eligible to win, you must reside in the United States, be a Member of Celebrate! Work from Home or The Celebrate! Work from Home Facebook Group, or Follow Celebrate! Work from Home on LinkedIn and share a Holiday Fav by the contest deadline of Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023 by 11:59 pm PT.
  • Paid Membership in Celebrate! Work from Home does not enhance chance of winning.
  • No purchase necessary to be eligible to win.
  • Void where prohibited.
  • Enter as often as you'd like between now and the deadline of Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023 by 11:59 pm PT, to increase chances of winning. 
  • You may use the same or a different response if you want to enter more than once.
  • Celebrate! Work from Home LLC is the promoter of the Celebrate! Holiday Favs Contest.
  • Celebrate! Work from Home LLC reserves the editorial right to shorten/edit responses as needed.
  • By providing any response to the Celebrate! Holiday Favs Contest, participants agree and grant permission to Celebrate! Work from Home to use comments or portions of comments submitted as set forth below.
  • Use of submitted responses by Celebrate! Work from Home may include, but is not limited to: content posted on CelebrateWorkfromHome.com, social media sites where Celebrate! Work from Home is active, use in Celebrate! Work from Home online or in-person events, and use by its founder, Teri Olivier.
  • Timeframe for approved usage of responses to Celebrate! Favs Contests extends until December 31, 2030.
  • The first name of the person submitting the response may be used when comments are used, if deemed appropriate, by Celebrate! Work from Home.
  • When above attribution is not provided, quotes will be used where feasible, to indicate commentary is attributed to another individual and not Celebrate! Work from Home.

  • Employees of Celebrate! Work from Home and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes but may share Celebrate! Favs responses.

  • By submitting a Celebrate! Favs response, participants agree to these rules and acknowledge winner selection decisions made using these Official Rules are final.
